So Visa doesn't trust ISX Tech and believes it is flawed. As a result ASX goes along with this ignoring the fact that no other authority has queried this.

Maybe Visa don't like ISX's patented tech because they can't reproduce it and it is so successful in Europe so undermine it with inuendo
