    I've only skim read it. But the ISX replies to ASX toward the end of the document are worth the look.

    ISX alleges Visa termination due to negative publicity generated by ASX. Visa not a regulator on AML matters also.

    Wowee! If ISX manage to win in court, ASX will be in a world of pain.
