i have not seen where ASX has said that.
ASX are questioning/clarifying if previous announcements/responses from ISX are in compliance with the listing rules (as more Visa information gets uncovered).
ASX have said that they are waiting on answers on questions that go back to July.
ISX is refusing to provide answers.
the answers to those questions are subject to a cat fight now and good old mexican standoff.

Looks like Number 4 on the suspension "to-do list" has not been completed.
