Ann: ASX Query Letters re ISX suspension & termination by Visa, page-218

There was heaps of disclosure, I mentioned one above from 20 March 2020. Also ISX stated that Visa had concerns with some of ISX's merchants, I am not sure what more disclosure is necessary. In my opinion ISX should not release the names of the merchants nor the communications with Visa. A general statement is fine, see below.

From the 15 May 2020:

Processing to merchants across the Visa network was also suspended for parts of March pending response to Visa re queries on ASX “investigation”, concerns re “derogatory media” and the focus on high risk merchants. The Company is providing Visa with information
regarding the ASX “investigation” and other matters. Visa has notified that their response times on this matter have been impacted by COVID-19.
