I just refreshed myself, The original reason for the suspension was in response to the Ownership Matters report Sept 2019, So this a whole different topic! So unless ASX can point to something legitimate back at that time ISX still have a case.

So this is their Counter threat! They do have him on a mistake. And its a pretty big one under normal trading conditions. But maybe not so under the current circumstances!
