Just a thought... ASX’s issue with visa seems to they think the market wasn’t informed in time thus there wasn’t an informed market.... but ISX was suspended the whole time so there wasn’t a market at all! You can’t have an informed market without the market so it shouldn’t matter how long it takes to announce something if you can’t trade anyway.
