Yes, i think this is the case. Still dissapointed.
I think ISX could say "Visa's stated reason for termination of the relationship is AML, but we dont accept these reasons beaucse x,y,z". This clearly acknowleges that ISX understand why Visa terminated the relationship and is clear that ISX does not accept Visa's reason. Saying "i dont know why the relationship was terminated" was not true.
I'll stop flogging this dead horse now.
