The current state of this entire saga reinforces the foresight and wisdom of those who initiated and pushed for (and those of us who subsequently supported) the shareholders-driven ISX resolution to begin investigations into relisting to an alternative tier one stock exchange.
Without the court's intervention to force ASX into relisting us, I believe ASX will continue to find issue after issue to invoke ruling xyz for re-suspension - and ASX may well do so even if forced to initially relist us.
