The NSX investment happened AFTER the suspension and launching of investigations by ASIC and ASX. That it itself destroys the narative that somehow all of this is to supress competition.
ASX created a whole document of reasons why it suspended ISX, and continues to do so, its titled 'Statement of Reasons'. ASIC is also now litigating ISX for some of the same issues identified by ASX in that document. Such as the way in which the company represented its revenues in the lead up to the perf share milestones.
