But the date of the Termination was the 05/05 and the ISX Ann. ignoring the termination was 10 days later.. ...... ISX was aware of the termination stated as "final" and even 10 days later actually pretended that it was all of no material consequence, due to issues other than AML and liable for the suspension to be reversed ....... this is incongruent with the Visa position and so is a misleading disclosure..
