    ISX had been found to have committed other breaches prior to the VISA issue.

    Misrepresentation of one off fees in the analyst briefing and its failure to correct it.

    Failure to disclose the materiality of the four key contracts, etc.

    And others....

    The visa issue is just another added to the pile.
