Ann: Atlas set for stronger future after raising $86m, page-2

So they raised $86 million huh? Let me get this right (as I might be wrong...)

Of $86 million:
Subtract about $41 million of that is non-cash concessions by the contractors?
Subtract about $8 million for Hartley's/Cap Raising Costs???
So that leaves 86-41-8 = $37 million cash they actually 'have' in hand?

Am I right here? Or is the $86 million on top of the contractors portion? Hope I'm wrong because if I'm right that could be considered somewhat misleading... Not even close to enough information. There must be another detailed announcement to come before trading begins on the 27th...
