I agree with what you are saying, the problem being what if a person tests negative and is in the 11.6% that received a false reading which should have read positive but because AT1's test isn't sensitive enough that person is let go into society to infect others hence not helping to completely stop the spread.
So in other words your comments are flawed as your comments are based around a test with 100% sensitivity where EVERY positive case is picked up and then those are isolated. This type of test is coming and it will leave these inferior tests for dead and useless as none one will want to buy or use an inferior test to the gold standard.
