I agree... I feel as though the announcement earlier in the week is potentially set up to 'blame' James if the Permit doesn't come through in time - effectively putting the Permit application process under the stewardship of Bob, in a move to appease us. I really hope I prove to be wrong.

If this permit isn't coming this year - just tell us! Don't make the same mistake as last time and let your investors flap in the breeze with your over-commitments and chronic under-delivery.
