The main upshot of the notice should be that these allegations if proven correct are still only Civil Offense's, probably worst case scenario is a fine and that's probably as far as it will go. Given the very specific early 2015 date, i'd suspect they're interested in the early days of the company's operations - its been a long 4 years since and I'd wager they've caught and plugged whatever they're interested in long ago.
This is most likely a petty shot in the dark against them.
