Trouble is, sounds like the government only got their shit together yesterday, literally.

I guess we'll see just how keen the DRC government is judging by how long the sez takes from this point.
If it's quick the market should respond well imo.
The sez by rights should be as good as any mining licence, can't imagine they'll grant a sez and then deny a mining licence on the back of it.
We're lacking official government backing, a customer other than China and finance, there can't be much else holding up share price gains at this point. Just hoping management can get things done before time for a change instead of scraping by with ever blown out timelines. The delays do add up, on top of this putting the things out of managements control behind us will be a big sigh of relief.
