There are many recent examples among Li companies where CR’s have failed to keep the SP above the CR price. SYA, CXO, WR1 and DLI.

To be clear, im not knocking AZS, it clearly has a big deposit - but CR prices regularly fail to hold up the SP.

Failed takeover offers might be a bit different. LTR has held its current price levels despite the takeover looking like a fairly massive failure. So the 23 cent level could be a decent support level.
