@kn0way If you are considering on the 10th of September to participate in the SPP it can't be done. News on Wednesday said it will close early Friday 8/9/2023. at 3 pm Perth time. If you got in before that time.Im estimating the scale back will be 45% to 55% across the board. its such a free kick
that whatever you placed inside the SPP would be of value.
Enclosed is a table having on Y- axis the various amounts you could apply for ..I.e $2500 to $30000
Second column is full allocation of AZS shares which aint going to happen
Third Column is 55% alloaction so 1042 shares is scaled back to 573 shares .
Fourth column is 55% gain given the difference between 2.83 ( Stock market price) and 2.40 ( SPP) which is slightly above 10% i.e $252 .
Fifth column is 45% scale back allocation where $2500 SPP is scaled back to 469 AZS shares .
Sixth column is 45% gain given the difference between 2.83 ( Stock market price) and 2.40 ( SPP) which is about 8.25% i.e $206 .

AZS will round down if SPP n a weird number ..I.e $ 2400 is no allocation ... $35000 is round back to $30000.
AZS would have achieved all its objectives -SPP closed early, oversubscribed and required a significant scale back. Every shareholder that wanted AZS SPP got a bite at $ 2.40 like SQM and Mark Creasy .. I went for $30000 on the first day I could. I thought there would be an avalanche of applications.55% is a pretty severe scale back We shall see Friday on allotment day
