Surely they must be close to an agreement with the PSC. I thought since there already was one in place it was only a matter of stretching its duration out to fit a proposed fifty year mine life.

It's been stuck on this step for a few months now, but I guess there are probably things happening that we aren't seeing. The renegotiated document should definitely be a win / win proposal at its core though between the company and government.
