Yeah. But "they" being the party that won about 20 seats, versus the NLD's 400. The trouble with recounts is that they only work when the race is close, not when it's a landslide. This was a death shudder, not a cunning plan, I'm afraid. There's a mood of national celebration right now in Myanmar, and all signs point to stability and a focus on the economy going forward.
