A good example to track is iiNet (now owned by TPG)
I was a customer from 1995.
Got shares when they listed in 1999.
Left in 2020 due to loss of service quality etc.
Joined Pentanet as a customer in 2020.
Got shares in 5GG when they listed 29th Jan
