    According to that article I linked above, Queensland spent more than $37m on this thing and discontinuing it.. They probably won't go for another tender to find a new vendor? Citadel has a newer Lab information system called Auslab evolution as I remember it. Idk how much the Queensland government can fork out now that they completely wasted 37m on a failed project.. But regardless citadel getting the extension is very likely.
