I looked up the companies to find they are based at Southbank in Melbourne.
Common directors, but I couldnt find anything else that was free on the net.
Lots of shares changing hands but at the current SP, lots of shares doesnt necessarily = a lot of cash.
(well it does for me, but not necessarily for those better clad !)
