These are fundamental issues that can't be glossed over or thought of as easy to fix otherwise the fix would either already be in place or there would be a firm resolution date for known reasons such as they are waiting on equipment or parts to arrive instead of waiting on experts to arrive to investigate the issue and who knows what they could conclude:

* Salts harvested during 2022 to be less than expected. Given that they just did a CR to expand the plant capacity it presents a possible issue going forward that they can't produce enough salts to make use of the plant capacity. KLL say that long term forecast is not affected. I'm sure a lot of holders would now have lost interest in long term forecasts and future statements and would prefer to see actual achievements.
* From their update 'commissioning issues identified in the SOP purification plant due to initial variability in harvested potassium salt feed grades'. Of all the statements in the update this is the most worrying because if the input grade isn't as expected then what does that do to the guarantee of the consultants for the plant to work that lots of people are relying on as somehow overcoming all obstacles. Will this mean less SOP being produced, more effort and therefore cost to produce it, more changes to the plant being required to process the variable graded or I don't even want to say the last possibility that everyone is dreading
* Now conducting a 'more detailed review of current brine supply and evaporation pond dynamics'. A bit of a worry when they now need a review of brine supply before they are even in full production let alone at increased CR capacity.
'A review of the SOP purification plant operations is also underway'. They are not even in production and have to review the plant already - does that sound like good news to anyone?

So in short, brine supply issues identified & study underway, issues with salt feed grades, review of plant operations required. Is there anything that is going to plan? Reviews and future sounding statements are nice but at some point in the next 6 months if production isn't underway it's going to be a big problem for holders.

It is quite obvious you have never Commissioned a plant in your life. No matter the size of the plant from tens of millions to tens of billions you have intitial bottlenecks that modelling does not and cannot foresee. This is the norm not the extreme.
The design guys are gone now which is a good thing as all they do is defend their design no matter how obvious the deficiency is.
I am quite sure the new Commissioning Manager knows his stuff to sort through the few Processing issues. This has just started, remember that, and a lot of issues that arise from Stage 4 and Ramp-up Commissioning are usually easily sorted out with low expenditure.
A couple of good heads with fresh ideas can usually sort out simple processes like this one.
