I like a good binding off take agreement
The show how much a commodity is wanted and by who.
They show that a commodity is in short supply and that companies want to get their share of the commodity.
Its a great assett to show investors - be they retail, sophisticated, Boutique , Big Investors and banks. To then aquire investment for the plant.
