The old BOA was for "upto 43000" over the 3 years, this BOA specifies a set amount and could very well be for a higher price or on more favourable terms to the company
people were recently complaining that all the previous BOAs aren't worth the paper they were signed on - this at a minimum ratifies this BOA as valid - I'm sure more info to follow tomorrow too
