Wow! This is seriously f... amazing! Cannot find anything negative in there. Exclusive for some countries, obviously what any offtaker would demand, but non exclusive for most of others. I esp. like the non-exclusive for concrete (HRM). Means Ibero do the market introduction and ADN can use it to expand sales to others, and keep leverage on pricing.
Best of all, all pricing maintained, no heavy discount as is usual. In fact, significant premiums baked in for HRM. All I can say is: Bob has delivered. He has proven how shrewd he is. Well done!
