Looking over the last month or so, ADN cleaning out all cash assets they own and Concentrating on the deposit in SA to get up and running. I believe Within a Month we will be in a position to pay for the Enviromental bond to government and pay outstanding equipment being purchased overseas. Will all be subject to agreeing to terms of finance backer to get this Thing to the next step to Construction. After which point after construction has started a Consolidation and CR will take place as Investors can see what is happening. Maybe underwriters will have in their agreement of all this prior to the downpayment.
