zero chance production this year.
still need DA’s, design it, order equipment, make it, build it, find people with skills to run it, sort accommodation, port deal, logistics etc etc etc.
nothing happening , even with debt sorted today before mid / end of next year.
i reckon if no debt by late Feb / early March it’s dead.

based on historical performance it’s 5% chance.
but Bob has drastically increased ur odds.
