We don’t know what conditions are being appealed or why. As opposed to you I would without knowing more presume DOC is just doing it’s job. Overall I have a lot of respect for DOC and the work they do.
From my reading of the tone of the announcement I doubt that it is about anything fundamental, in which case it will all be resolved shortly.
