Couldn't they have waited until after market close to announce this? Jeez, you had to be quick with your finger right on the buzzer to take advantage of this Ann.
I still don't know what the dispute was about? Did the outgoing execs want Brendan to be CEO but George had too many shares to be pushed? Just my guess. I hope Brendan gets a truck load of performance rights exercisable at $3+, good for him & all the shareholders...!
