great move overall.
my take on it is that Mike moving into Non Exec Chair means he has more in control now - he's exactly who we need in control and steering the ship at the chair level.
Andrew.C has always been a shining light for WKT and he's finally moving into a more senior role, his strong geological background and just his general level of motivation will take us further, this guy is one to watch out for he's the A'ce almost everyone has overlooked but responsible for allot of the discoveries and geo analysis or so I believe at least.
looks like the cast has been set for the second act.
