Imo it’s a signal for institutions to sit up and take notice, and the more institutional trust & % ownership here the less the share register can be gamed by the daytrading rent-a-mob, ably assisted by PR pumpers using paid German blogs, Yahoo, and Canadian stock forums. This chairman transition was supposed to happen a year ago.
