I've got some sympathy for those who bought at the top but ultimately, people have to take responsibility for their investing decisions. Saying "I don't have as much time to research" sounds suspiciously like "I didn't research".
I'd never have bought ADN in March at 40+. All the same, I'm quite sure you'll get your investment back and then some, but it'll happen in months rather than days or weeks. Patience is the game from here.
