Agree Stemmo. I have a couple of others on the hit list before Harding (ie Grivas/Shearer), but in any case, it creates an opportunity for someone with genuine commercial acumen. In fact, get the right director and they can transition to Chair when Grivas realises he's hopelessly out of his depth ... or when shareholders point that out to him repeatedly, in no uncertain terms.
