ur hired to do a job
u want the big boy salary
and want the big boy bonuses
and want to be the big CEO leading the charge
then guess what, put ur big boy pants on and be a man and go deliver what ur paid to do!
there is no room for weak men at these high level roles
inability to perform sadly we pay the price and not them
