    IMO Lynch made two disastrous!
    1: Giving away a lifetime 50% production at cost and potentially below cost!
    2: Handing over first shipment to a third party trader to sell with no concrete sale price. Selling is normally cash on board, who knows when and how much we may eventually see for this shipment!
