This move was planned before Dr Jeff Davies was appointed. The heading Board Renewal is just another example of misleading information fed to the ASX. A more appropriate header would be "Director Retires".
The board has not been renewed.
And Ms Peach with all the skills she apparently possesses can only get noted by the chairman for her work on the remuneration and nomination committee !! Says it all really
What l'm looking for is an ASX announcement headed "CEO and Chairman to step down"
