"To date the vendor has not been able to deliver the mineral rights", is the wording from the most recent announcement (quarterly).
Sounds like the vendor is having issues delivering the rights but is still attempting to, so in response we've frozen works on the tenements.
Is it actually possible we still get Jamie?, I'm not holding my breath, but It'd be a nice surprise.
