You should be able to look-up the levy rate for each state and look at the number of thousands of tons each of DELs facilities will process for that state. I think there was a graphic in one of the DEL announcements that showed it but I could be thinking of something else. I recall NSW had the highest fees which is likely why DEL shows that plants in NSW having such a high IRR.

The National Waste Policy Action Plan 2019 prepared by the Australian Government, state and territory governments and the Australian Local Government Association includes a target to halve the amount of organic waste sent to landfill for disposal by 2030.

I think Cleanaway or the rumoured IPO of LGI (AFR article) on the ASX could give better sources of information to calculate DEL's potential in the biogas industry. The listing of LGI could give some limelight to DEL and potentially help by shedding more light on the financial viability of biogas from organic wastes.

Hypothetically, if the main profit/revenue is in the gate fees, why would you bother (financially speaking) pay the Capex for biogas facilities (fermenters, generators, pipelines, H2S scrubbers, maintenance etc.)?
