According to Utilitas website, our Non-Executive Director Kathryn Giudes has a close association at Utilitas. It looks like Utilitas is the designer and 'promoter' of the Biohub.
Others might see her association with the Biohub promoter and as a Directors of LPE as a conflict of interest, but maybe we should not be concerned.
Lets see if she is able to assist with ensuring repayment of the $5m and interest!. The repayment seems to be a priority.
That will help reduce borrowing and provide funding for the 'gold mine' of Electricity Network sharing 'behind the meter' which LPE management says awaits us.
