you might want to start with the prospectus.. appears the loans/quickfees are backed by the firm whose client opts for the service. Incentive for the firms seems to be that they have immediate payment of funds.. where the client defaults on a payment to quickfee the outstanding money is backed by the firm, so, no payment means funds will be paid by firm. Not sure who will sue the client for outstanding payment or breach of contract to pay, quickfee or firm. Either way, quickfees outlay seems to be protected.

Lending options seem to vary, could be a loan split by monthly payment, or a single eft transaction.
