yes although in these type of circumstances I tend to look at them as buys rather than sells i.e. someone is trying to lock in profits (fair enough) and someone is starting to see value again at this price level...and that someone has got a fair bit of money to spend...
if this was happening in a mature up-run scenario I would probably see it more as big sells
