There isn't a single explorer or developer that is not burning cash to progress their projects or even just to remain a lsted company without advancing any project.

That's actually relatively straight forward to estimate and any reasonable estimate leaves multiples of upside from the estimated diluted market cap to the project valuation.
It is easy to estimate because the remaining capex and working capital requirements are known and relatively low.
It becomes difficult to predict for companies with a mc measured in the tens of millions but capex in the hundreds of millions and no timeline to production and therefore unknown working capital requirements.
