The page above is dedicated to tracking all the Covid19 diagnostic pipeline - globally. You can play around with the search filters to check per test type, per country approved list etc. Its got all the major/large population country info

I found some holes in the info too (eg: Access Bio tests have Brazil health approval but it only shows US FDA approval)...but it will give you an idea at least of what's happening where...
