from what I understand the approval has been "delayed" and plan B was to have the pay dirt processed off site at a nearby facility (most likely Oceana gold).
the problem is plan B hasn't gone ahead and plan A is sitting in a shipping container.
so I guess we pay for our spot in the bag holding line.
