I think anyone who has been around WRG now PO3  the last couple of years is aware of the ongoing research activities by Somnio Global Inc commissioned by WRG/PO3's  largest shareholder Dialto Holdings back in May 2014 and the milestones reached in what started out as water filtration and is now is the FRG Technology we have today. The FRG Technology has proven itself to be outstanding, not just in Water Filtration and purification but also in Air and surface Purification and sterilization ( Blumist). It's been a long road which a lot of us here have traveled quietly and a big thank you to Dialto for having the vision and keeping the company afloat during the research and development phase until we were ready to commercialize on these technologies!

Some may think it's a flash in the pan and the price will drop....  or something is not right with today's announcement because an investor came in at 400% premium. But if you have followed the development of this incredibly disruptive technology you can see the potential value and the many different Global markets this will be marketed in..... ok .....Bill Parfet decided to pay what he though was a fair price considering the potential and personally I have no doubt what he paid will be pittance when marketing of the technology is in full swing!

I'm a long-term investor mainly in disruptive technologies so my strategies won't be the same as those who want to make a quick buck and move onto the next stock. Each to their own ... we all have to make a buck somehow!  Guess I'm a lazy investor too .. I save on tax and stress, pick what I like and wait - normally several years. Personally, what I see here is an incredible opportunity if it is marketed right to bring on board many manufacturers  and licencing the technology. I only sit more comfortable in my position with today's announcement and have no intention in selling for a long time yet.
