After rereading the prospectus, and thinking about the intended use of the funds raised, I’m guessing that Gage are primarily interested in the battery metals potential of Byrock and Gonolon in NSW .. and secondarily in Fiji’s Sabeto .. Just guessing though. ..Could be the other way around, or another tenement not even mentioned in the prospectus. .. Anyway, they clearly want to protect their (modest really) investment through the appointment of M Bin to the board. .. « To punt, or not to punt, that is the question « !
