Isn’t one of the conditions of the deal with Gage that a Michelle Bina be appointed to the Board? My googling of that name suggested a highly qualified Renewables person(Irena). Could be another Bina but if correct then definitely genuine. The deal is no doubt opportunistic on the part of offerer and seller, and certainly at a SP disastrous for long term holders. … And the Osbourne Park address ? Isn’t that one of those all too common ghost offices … that’s quite legitimate and gives an Australian presence, preferable to a Hong Kong or Abu Dhabi address ?… Just my interpretation.. please correct me if you can find other more credible information..
