Well, the current major shareholder is the Morris family (Invia). Will be interesting to see if they take up their entitlement of over 9.6 million. Their intention is not indicated in the prospectus. ..
I’m not sure, but this could be billionaire Chris Morris, the founder of Computershare. Whoever it is though will be interested in the Gage investment and their intention to take up their full entitlement.. .. thus becoming the new major shareholder. … Just my thoughts while trying to identify the future « winners » and « losers » (we already know where we belong…
